Our family was so excited to discover that our story was in the new friend. When the magazine arrived and my husband and little boys and I opened to your illustration we just laughed and laughed, and then laughed some more. It is so perfect! I love how the picture focuses on the dad. I bet my dad, who is on a mission in the Florida Keys, will bust up laughing when he sees it. You nailed it! And the little girl in the front looks just like little blonde Karen, back in the day. Just wanted to tell you that you did an awesome job. Your work adds so much to the telling of the story. We're totally cheering for you!
